INFORMATION BELOW:

Southern Utah is know for its excellent weather in the fall, winter and spring months. Especially sought after by those fleeing the snow and cold of northerly locations St. George continues to be a haven for "Snowbirds" all over the country.

Not withstanding the weather conditions of the areal, St George has been growing at a rapid rate, exceeding all projections of growth over the last five years. This growth has spurred the building of many new retail complexes, office buildings, and a massive building spree that has covered the once barren areas of Washington Fields, Santa Clara, and Ivins.
